Born in Inglewood, California, Eli learned the concept of open-mindedness at an early age. A troublesome childhood led his family to relocate to Atlanta, Georgia in his formative years, forcing him to adapt to a different world and culture. All of this took place before he was a teenager which forced him to be around many different crowds and friends. Along with this came different musical tastes. You can hear a different genres infused in his sound even though he’s a Hip-Hop artist. His sound should be all over the place, but somehow it all ties together into something original. He turns his pain into positivity on tracks like Lighting My Way and Star Student. His first release in 2012 entitled also mirrors his attempt to change the mindset of the world for the better. This is his cause, this his movement. Although not perfect, he dreams and prays for REAL growth for the masses.
